It’s amazing how much in life we don’t understand. It’s rare to know if something will work with confidence before we begin.
Given this, the only way we can find out what works and what doesn’t work is by testing and measuring. And this applies across everything we do in life.
The key is appreciating that this process requires quick iterations. The quicker we can test something while keeping each test small, the quicker we will discover the most effective path, which we can then allocate the most resources to.
