Many people consider finishing a marathon as a significant and worthy accomplishment.
If this is something you really want to achieve, then the start line and finish line could be the front door of your home.
All you need to do is go out and traverse 42.2 km.
But if it’s that simple, why do so many people say they want to complete a marathon but haven’t done it?
Well, they may not be sharing their actual goal.
It may be more accurate to say, “I want to do a marathon with thousands of other people at an event that’s organised for me”.
Either goal is fine. It’s just that if finishing a marathon is really important to you, then there’s nothing keeping you from doing it.
What goals or dreams are you holding onto which can be done sooner than you believe?
