After being at the gym for a while, I can vividly remember a time that I was doing laundry, and I had to bend down to pick up the laundry basket. I couldn’t believe how much my mobility had increased. Or perhaps more accurately, I couldn’t believe how restricted I was before.
Not many people tell you to go to the gym to increase your mobility, but it’s been the biggest change I’ve appreciated.
