Here is a helpful mindfulness exercise when dealing with a stressful situation.
Consider each problem that you face as a storm, and you are a mountain.
There will always be storms, and each storm will vary in intensity.
Yet for however great the storm seems – for however much it blows and pummels and blusters and howls – it will pass and the mountain will remain.
This visualisation will not necessarily help you solve the problem, but it will help you look beyond it.
