Sometimes when you’re coordinating times through messages it gets confusing if the time is AM or PM.
Can I call you at 8 on Tuesday?
The project needs to be submitted by 12.
Are you free at 7 tomorrow?
I’ve found it immensely helpful to include AM or PM whenever I write a time.
You may think this unnecessary, as it only takes a moment to clarify, plus surely it’s obvious that it’s AM or PM, isn’t it?
Well, maybe. But it’s also super easy to add AM or PM, and doing so removes all doubt completely.
