Being busy is a trap

Everyone has a limited amount of time and energy to do things each day.

You would think then that we’d be highly considered with the way we apply ourselves.

But too often we get caught in an illusion that any action leads to progress.

It’s so easy to feel good about how full our days are, but do we examine what was actually achieved?

Being busy is the equivalent of going on a road trip and not checking your destination before driving. It feels better moving forward rather than standing still, even if you’re driving the wrong way.

When you want to achieve something in life, your actions should move you closer to your desired outcome.

So how much of what you’re doing is intentional?
