Birthday wishes

I’m going to let you in on a secret that not many people know. Birthday wishes have incredible power.

Every year we have the opportunity of being presented with a cake, closing our eyes, making a wish and blowing out the candles.

For many, this is simply a fun tradition of little consequence.

But there are some people who know how much power these wishes contain, and every year is an incredible opportunity to unleash it.

To unlock this incredible power, you need to concentrate all your energy on a singular desire for the year ahead. Of course, like all magical powers, there are limits. You need to wish for something that is actually possible and in your control.

If you’re skeptical about this power, it may be because you are pressured by those singing around you to quickly make a wish. You need to really focus on what you want before blowing out the candles, otherwise you risk diluting this power.

You still may not believe me, and that’s ok.

All I know is this secret has been handed down in my family for generations, and it’s served me very well so far.

Now that you know this secret, you’ll also appreciate how valuable your birthday wishes really are. You only have a limited number of these wishes in your life, so make them count.

Here's why we love what we do

Ben and Bec have taken me through the QLA Framework over the past 12 months. They have a unique understanding of what twenty-somethings are seeking - clarity, purpose and systems to achieve what they want in life (to name a few). It is with sobering gratitude that I can reflect on the past year and say wholeheartedly that I've managed to gain all of the above with QLA’s help.

The Quarter Life Framework is so simple, yet so powerful. I tend to overcomplicate things and burden myself with a lot of different problems to make sure everything is working. The Framework allowed me to simply get clear on what I actually wanted. A lot of the things that were stressing me and bothering me fell away when I realised they didn't really matter or they didn’t affect what I was aiming for. It allowed me to be more laser-focused on the actions that would help me get to where I want to.
