Breaking points

We all have barriers – mental, physical, emotional. Most of the time we’re not aware of these barriers until we bump up against them suddenly. 

Your lungs tell you to stop the workout you’re doing. 

A word from someone close to you cuts surprisingly deep. 

A seemingly small request feels too hard because you’ve got so much going on. 

These breaking points can feel so strong when we bump up against them, almost like we’re hitting a wall. But doing so will cause these walls to move, and where they settle all depends on what you do next. 

If you choose to push against the barrier again, it will expand. 

If you choose to shy away from the barrier, it will close in a little more.
