If 10 people join at once, how would you effectively communicate to them all the unwritten rules that people follow?
How would you inspire these 10 people to adopt shared behaviours when it’s not practical to talk to them one-on-one?
What should you be doing with your current team that you’re currently not doing?
And what existing dynamics would shift with the current team if 10 people suddenly joined?
