Whether he said this or not is hard to tell on the internet these days.
But either way, it’s a great sentiment if you’re considering changes with the start of the New Year.
Rather than trying to sustain a new behaviour, consider what can be lessened in your life.
And this doesn’t mean a rapid detox. It means gradually reducing an element that’s not working for you.
Try first to remove, rather than add, and see what impact this has.
