Sometimes when we try to make changes in life, we focus on creating a perfect routine.
But what happens when something happens outside of this routine? What happens if you need to wake up an hour earlier to catch a flight? Or if you can’t make the gym of an evening? Or something critical happens at work and you need to reschedule your date?
The routine falls apart and we struggle to start again, or we say that tomorrow we’ll work even harder on managing the same routine!
The key to life is not optimising one routine. It is having many routines for many situations and choosing the best one!
