Don’t assume that your experience in an area is universally shared.
You may not enjoy admin, but some people genuinely love doing it.
You may be drained by customer service, but some people are energised by helping customers.
You may not handle rejection well when selling, but some people take rejection in their stride.
The better you can align people with the areas they thrive, the more you can do together (and the more satisfied everyone will be).
