Here is a rolling framework that Bec and I use to balance our short term and long term aspirations.

- Each quarter
- Each year
We find that focusing on these different frequencies allows us to appreciate the experiences we want to sustain in our day-to-day lives, while also complementing the bigger dreams that take a little more time and dedication to achieve.
