Here’s how you can identify key qualities when hiring and building your teams

How you hire 1 person is how you hire 100 people.

What I mean by that is the culture and the expectations you want to drive in your team or your company must be scalable. 

Whether you’re hiring a few people or a lot, every hire should be treated as a key part of the team and also clearly understand how they can thrive. 

To do this, you must be mindful of the processes and resources you’ve provided to your team, so they are empowered to bring in new members and have them hit the ground running.

If you lose sight of this, you can hire a lot of people quickly, but without clear guidance they might start running in different directions.
