I think a big driver of navigating failure in your workplace is the attitude of higher management.
If higher management respond negatively or adversely when things don’t go to plan, it will be very hard to grow within your role or feel like they have your back.
Try if you can to determine with management what an appropriate response would be to different levels of failure.
Ideally, you want them to be supportive at all levels, but you should also appreciate we’re all human and sometimes we don’t react as well as we’d like.
