People sometimes make the mistake of thinking that their dream job will involve less conflict and less heartache.
Here’s my experience, for what it’s worth.
I genuinely love what I do for work every day.
But I’ve found that the spectrum of highs, lows and everything in-between is similar to what I experienced in other jobs which I didn’t love.
So why do I love what I do now compared to other jobs where my experience was similar?
Choice.
I’ve chosen this career path, and I’ve fully committed to all that comes with it.
If you’re not loving what you do, it might be because you don’t feel enough control over your circumstances.
