How to stay energised throughout your work day

I definitely agree with Richard Branson here.

He has spoken widely about the benefits of exercise to energise your day, and I especially remember a conversation he had with Tim Ferriss about it.

But perhaps the best quote I could find was in an interview with inc . com where he says: “Make time for yourself. Exercise does not deplete my energy. Instead, it gives me energy and makes me feel like a young kid again.” 

If you want to exercise but feel work is a challenge, shift your mindset from “I don’t have time to exercise” to “I’m not making time to exercise”. You’ll be surprised how open your mind then becomes to what’s possible.
