News with no pictures

Did you know that you can stop images from appearing on websites?

This is very handy to stop yourself from being sucked down a rabbit hole of distraction.

Think about your favourite news site. Do you click on articles because of their content or because of their pictures?

It may seem strange to view a site without pictures, but once you get used to it you’ll find it quite liberating.

If you use Chrome as your browser, here’s how to change the settings for a specific website. (And if you don’t use Chrome, the other browsers can also be modified, you’ll just need to Google the instructions).

Try it on your favourite news site and see how your experience changes.
