This morning, note the time you start work.
Not the time you arrive at work.
Not the time you sit at your desk.
Not the time you login.
The time you actually start working.
There will likely be a difference between when you were intending or supposed to start work, and when you actually did.
Then consider the things you did before this.
Getting a coffee.
Scrolling the headlines.
Reading this amazing blog.
For each of these things, consider if they were priming you for the day ahead, or if you were procrastinating.
