When something changes in our life (however trivial), our immediate response can tend to be negative and we’ll complain about it.
But how much of this negative reaction is because the change is objectively worse?
And how much of this negative reaction is because it won’t be worse but you’re being forced to unlearn your default behaviour?
If it’s the former, then try to do something about it.
If it’s the latter, then yes, it will be a little tough to adopt new behaviours. But this will pass quickly, and soon enough this change will feel normal and you’ll realise it wasn’t worth your complaining.
