Rum balls

Ingredients

1 packet of arrowroot biscuits

1 can of condensed milk

A good amount of cocoa powder (whatever you think works)

Rum to taste (whatever you think works)

Desiccated coconut

Method

Using a food processor, blend the arrowroot biscuits into a fine sand. 

Then in a bowl, combine all the ingredients, except the coconut. 

Make little balls from the mixture. 

Roll each ball in coconut so that it’s coated.

Family secret

Freeze the rum balls. Waayyy better than being refrigerated.
