Should your performance review be PEER-REVIEWED?

Friday’s Opinion Dominion asked:

Should your performance review be peer-reviewed?

67% said Yes

33% said No

I voted yes.

Basically, I think it can make reviews more balanced.

Your peers provide insights in how you actually work and the reviews are less reliant on one person’s perspective.

Of course, it depends on team dynamics.

But when done well, it makes the process feel fairer and more useful for everyone.

Did you know that there are organisations that do this?

This may surprise you if you’re at a company that doesn’t.
