Here’s a neat little trick that’s really handy for de-cluttering your head and making things happen.
If you’re humming and harring about doing a task, simply apply the 2 Minute Rule.
Will it take 2 minutes? Then do it! If it will take longer, then work out the best time to do it.
This rule is really helpful with things like:
- Taking out the garbage
- RSVPing to an event
- Making your bed
- Sending that follow-up email
- Paying a bill
Basically, all those little things that need doing but are taking up room inside your head.
