The 4-Hour Work Week

It was recently the 15th anniversary of the 4-Hour Work Week by Tim Ferriss.

The book has inspired thousands of people (including me) to consider their ideal lifestyle and challenge their assumptions to make it happen.

A central point of the book is that when you reduce your traditional working hours you will have greater freedom to pursue other interests and passions. Having applied this myself, I’ll just say that it’s important to still have structure in your life. The traditional workweek provides great structure for you, but outside of the traditional workweek you need to create your own structure (and this can be a challenge).

If you’ve read the book or are curious to, I’d love to discuss it with you. Its principles are timeless and it really can help you change your life.
