Not everything can be fixed. But most things can.
When things go wrong, it’s easy to react and place blame. It’s natural to feel upset, or angry, or worried.
And in the moment it may be hard to want to think of solutions.
But thinking of solutions will help the negative, unconstructive feelings subside.
Rather than dwelling on what went wrong, accept that it happened. From there, you can look ahead. It may just be a simple solution, or the road back may be long and arduous. But more often than not, it can be fixed.
