We are very good at treating ourselves. We have a very good idea of what we like and we know what will rock our world.
What we’re not good at though is treating ourselves and fully enjoying it.
We either indulge and then feel like we shouldn’t. Or we overindulge and feel guilty. Or we don’t indulge because we feel other things are more important.
We need to recharge in our own way. But to fully recharge we must first define our experiences so they do more good than harm. Once you do this, then give yourself permission to fully enjoy it! There should be nothing holding you back from being fully present in your own moments of bliss.
