We can use the terms unsatisfied and dissatisfied interchangeably as reasons for change.
But knowing if you are unsatisfied or dissatisfied is really important to help guide your actions.
Unsatisfied is a feeling that something currently isn’t enough.
Dissatisfied is a feeling that something currently is not as good as it could be or feeling like something is wrong.
If you’re feeling unsatisfied, the right action may be to keep doing what you’re doing, as you are getting results you’re wanting but need more to reach your desired outcome.
If you’re feeling dissatisfied, the right action may be to do something else entirely, because what you’re doing isn’t producing the desired results, and pushing further will likely give you more of what you don’t want.
So are you feeling unsatisfied?
Or dissatisfied?
