The number itself isn’t important.
It’s highlighting how the financial side is the reality of what they want to do.
This is even when the business is non-profit in nature.
As soon as I shift their thinking to prioritise the financials, their approach fundamentally changes.
No one wants to start something for the sake of starting something.
They start something in order to GAIN something.
