Yes, the gap between where you are now and where you’d like to be is bigger than you’d like. But it could be a lot bigger.

You’re also not starting from scratch. You’ve done so much to get to where you are now. Whether you want to improve your health, career or lifestyle, there are so many things you’ve done and can draw on that will assist you in this new direction.

Don’t start this new journey from a position of scarcity. Focus on abundance.
