Sometimes when dealing with an issue we become overwhelmed with ambiguity and can’t identify a way forward.
The next time you experience this, keep asking the question: “What is the actual problem?”
The initial response will commonly be “I don’t know”.
But keep returning to this question, and gradually different perspectives will emerge. And when they do, be sure to keep asking the question until you can answer it confidently.
When you can, possible actions will become more apparent.
You’ll be surprised how effective this method is, both individually and in a group setting.
