Following on from the Sally Push Up Challenge, I was asked by a friend if I’ve tried intermittent fasting.
I have.
And long-form fasting.
And keto.
And veggie smoothies.
And fruit smoothies.
And no sugar.
And no alcohol.
I’ve tried a lot of them.
While they may seem different, they’re all trying to do the same thing – maintain a caloric deficit.
And after all of these experiments, I can confidently say that there is no one method that is the best.
The key is finding the system that works for you, sustainably.
