Some people like exercising because of the reward they give themselves after. It can be incredibly satisfying eating a muffin after a workout, especially when you tell yourself you’ve “earned it”. (I’m in this camp).
For others, the exercise itself is the reward. The satisfaction comes finishing that last set, or feeling the endorphins, or pushing yourself with a partner.
Some love the thrill of competition. Some like the victory. And some like the celebration. What’s your reward?
