We have more 15 minute spaces in our day than we may care to admit. Sometimes 15 minutes feels like an eternity, and sometimes it feels like not enough time to get something done.
I have an appointment in 15 minutes, and I find myself with this space of unallocated time. What should I do?
Go onto Youtube, and spend more time scrolling through videos than watching them?
Go onto the news sites and read the same headlines?
Or maybe I choose something more meaningful?
Reply to an email that’s been sitting in my inbox for a while?
Clear my head with meditation?
Write a little love note to Bec?
Put dinner on?
Or maybe write a blog post so it’s ready for tomorrow? 🙂
