If you want to eat healthier, you’re already buying food at the supermarket. Just change the items that you buy.
If you want to connect with your friends, you’ve been doing that for years. Just increase the frequency or the quality of the catch ups.
If you want to make a bigger impact at work, you’re already showing up every day. Just try different ways to apply yourself and see what the results are.
This isn’t supposed to sound trivial, and I’m not saying it’s easy to sustain the change. I’m simply saying that in many ways, you already have the foundations in place to make the change you want.
