I find it strange how our society values morning routines.
It’s as if nothing outside of the morning matters.
Think about it, everyone tells you how to make the most of 5AM but not 2PM.
I think it’s because people feel in control of their mornings so they can optimise routines.
And if they don’t, they feel like the day will get away from them.
But I’d argue that routines outside of your morning are WAY more important.
Our mornings take up a small part of our day.
So surely if you’re going to bed without the results you want, then everything you’re doing AFTER the morning is the issue?
I wouldn’t be resolving to wake up tomorrow and get a headstart on my day.
I’d be looking at my routines across the whole day and work out which ones aren’t working for me.
